UMPhST flavours: cooking without borders. Retete internationale UMFST: gatind fara frontiere

RO: Universitatea noastra, definita prin caracterul sau multicultural, marcheaza un nou moment de celebrare a diversitatii prin lansarea volumului „UMPhST Flavours: Cooking without Borders”, o carte de retete realizata de studentii internationali ai Facultatii de Medicina in Limba Engleza.
Lucrarea, publicata in limbile romana si engleza, reuneste retete din diferite culturi si traditii gastronomice, oferind nu doar o incursiune in universul culinar global, ci si un ghid practic pentru o alimentatie sanatoasa, variata si gustoasa. Fiecare preparat este insotit de calculul valorii energetice, un instrument util pentru preocuparea fata de echilibrul nutritional.
„UMPhST Flavours: Cooking without Borders” este rezultatul pasiunii studentilor nostri pentru gastronomie, dar si al dialogului cultural care defineste comunitatea noastra academica. Cartea invita cititorii sa descopere arome noi, sa inteleaga traditii diferite si sa se bucure de spiritul international care ne uneste.
EN: Our university, defined by its multicultural character, marks a new moment of celebrating diversity through the launch of the volume “UMPhST Flavours: Cooking without Borders,” a recipe book created by the international students of the Faculty of Medicine in English.
The work, published in both Romanian and English, brings together recipes from various cultures and culinary traditions, offering not only an immersion into the global gastronomic universe but also a practical guide for healthy, diverse, and delicious eating. Each dish is accompanied by its calculated energy value, a useful tool for those concerned with nutritional balance.
“UMPhST Flavours: Cooking without Borders” is the result of our students’ passion for gastronomy, as well as the cultural dialogue that defines our academic community. The book invites readers to discover new flavors, understand different traditions, and enjoy the international spirit that brings us together.
